Mark holds an LLB, LLM in Commercial Law and an Advanced Diploma in Insolvency and Business Rescue. He is an experienced legal practitioner, having been admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa for 15 years.

Mark specialises in corporate, commercial and insolvency law. As director, he heads up these divisions within our firm.

He represents a diverse range of clients, including individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate entities, financial institutions and banks.
